for sale is a used doboy scotty 2 horizontal flow wrapping packaging machine. this machine is 220 volts single phase. the machine is stainless steel where the product touches it so you can use it for food grade applications. the chain is 9" between flights and the flights are 1" high. it comes with a spare chain and sprocket with 10" between flights and the flights are 1-1/2 high. the product guides on the machine now are 91-1/2" long and 1-3/4 high. the spare guides are the same length and 1" high. I don't have any of the adjustable guides and spacers for the spare guides. the machines total length is around 165". the length from the former to the very end of the machine is around 105". length where you can insert product to be wrapped from the former to the chain guard is 82". length of the output conveyor is 2 feet without the aftermarket tray that's bolted on. its around 65" high and around 36" wide. as you can see in the video ive got the machine wrapping pieces of wood to show it works as described. there is two sizes I was wrapping in the video to show it works. they are 3-1/2" wide by 4" long by 3/4" high and 2-1/2 wide by 4" long by 3/4". you will most likely have to purchase parts from doboy to package your size product.
