I bought several pumps at a yard sale, this one appears to be reconditioned and in excellent shape. Not in original box. Runs great, includes the flanges, gaskets, mounting hardware, tube of seal lubricating oil and a new coupling for any future problems in years to come; existing coupling is in great shape.
This is a used pump, but completely functional and in good operating order. The drip and rust stain on the pump portion was from a leaking drain valve that was fixed above the pump. There are no cracks or any other damage with this pump at all.

Pump is mounted under sink furthest from your hot water heater, temperature sensor will automatically turn on when water line cools to 77 degrees F. Pump will automatically turn off when water in supply line reaches 91 degrees F. Item works and is in excellent condition.
