Guide rail mounting kit for the Delta Unisaw. This sale is for a set of four (4) mounting hardware assemblies for securing the 1 3/8" fence guide rails to the edge of a Delta Unisaw table. This is a much improved design, using socket head bolts, as compared to the OEM rail mounting hardware provided by Delta. The mounting hardware incorporates 3/8" stainless steel socket head capscrews as compared to the carbon steel screwdriver type slotted bolts that Delta orginally supplied. The rail spacers are CNC machined aluminum square to round spacers as first offered by Delta, before Delta started supplying the coped round sleeve spacers as a cost saving measure. Two original slotted bolts are shown in the photos along with the OEM spacers. Notice the broken head on the one fastener which can occur once the threads are rusted. Our kit with the stainless steel socket head bolt alleviates this concern. Each of the four sets is complete with stainless steel bolt, steel internal rail sleeve, aluminum square to round spacer, stainless steel lock washer, and plated hex nut. The head of each socket head bolt is CNC machined to match the radius of the rail. One photo shows a close-up of the bolt heads. The steel sleeve is machined with a radius on one end to match the inside diameter of the rail. We tack weld the sleeve to the socket head bolt in insure its orientation is correct and to better enable the assembly to slip in and out of the rail in one piece. The Allen wrench in the picture is shown for clarity and is not included with the set of four rail mounting assemblies. . Shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states is free.
