Don't know much about this item my guess it is a snatch block and it says 24 tons on it so I guess that's what it is look at the pictures before bidding if you have any questions please ask before bidding its about 20lbs and about a 1' tall can take rope from 1 1/2" to 1 3/4" if I have miss labeled this please let me know

The snatch block is used and shows some wear but still in good working condition. I cannot find any written or weight limit on the snatch block. The pulley appear to be able to handle up to 3/4" rope or cable.
