Commercial BBQ Smoker, Southern Pride XLR-600-SLSR. This is a Large commercial smoker, appropriate for use in a restaurant or high volume bbq operation. It is an indoor unit, features a firebox for adding wood, a conveyor/rotisserie setup for loading your product, and does have flue attachments on top for venting. It does NOT have casters. It requires a natural gas connection, 120volt/60/1ph electrical, and optional wood for the firebox. It is in great working condition, and came out of a restaurant kitchen that closed. Sold as-is, please refer to the pictures for condition and orientation of connections, etc. We have provided dimensional drawings below, but please note that all connections and firebox on the actual unit are the mirror image of the drawings below (example: drain and firebox are on the left of the unit if you are facing from the front, drawing shows them on the right). Available for local pickup... we can deliver it in the greater Boston area for a fee... of this can be shipped via a transport company.
