Vise was completely disassembled and meticulously cleaned, removing all existing grease and dirt. All painted surfaces were stripped down to bare metal and prepped for paint. Vise was painted with 5 coats of mint green satin enamel over the course of a week.
Here is a pair of vise step jaws for 4” Kurt and Kurt type Angle Lock style vises. The jaws are .500 thick, 1.300 high, and 4” long. The steps are .090 by .300 The rear jaw has a removable stop that can be mounted at either end The mounting holes line up perfectly with my REAL Kurt 4" Angle Lock Vise.
This vise is heavy! 47 " tall from where the flange rests on the floor to the top of the jaws- the peg is about another 1-1/4 inch. Jaws are 6" and the distance from the bottom of the pivot bar to the top of the jaws is 27" No repairs that I could tell.

Kurt's AngLock design pulls the part down while the "Pull Type" feature decreases stationary deflection to hold parts securely. Clamp a part on either the I.D. or the O.D.The jaws are 4.00 inch wide.
