Made by Pulian This is a "sound proof" (according to the manufacturer) granulating machine / power crushing machine in good used condition. The entire inside of the machine is insulated with sound-absorbing foam, which greatly reduces the noise this machine makes. Note that the latches for the door below the hopper are broken as shown in the second photo above.
